Job summary

Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mobile, AL is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day or night shifts in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical team.

Requirements include an Alabama RN license, experience in long-term care preferred, strong clinical and assessment skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama or compact state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs as needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.
