The Laurels of Greentree Ridge is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead and teach our skilled nursing team in a resident‑centered care environment. You will plan, coordinate and manage nursing care and health education for our guests, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Management or supervisor experience in long‑term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by RN, LPN, CNA and others.
• Reviews and implements all nursing procedures and systems.
• Assesses and evaluates systems which facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and performance of staff.
• Uses a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care.
• Contributes to guest assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development and implementation of a plan of care.
• Evaluates guests’ responses to nursing interventions.
• Understands the rationale for medications and treatments and administers as needed.
