Job summary

Liberty Senior Living in North Carolina seeks an experienced Unit Manager - RN to lead our nursing unit and supervise staff, coordinating admissions and ensuring high-quality resident care in a compliant, compassionate environment.

The role requires an RN license and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in ACH/Skilled Care, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage on-call duties and collaboration with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with 3 years’ supervisory experience in ACH, CRCF or Skilled Care.
• Experience working with geriatric and dementia residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, including interviewing and paperwork.
• Assess resident needs and develop/modify care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians and families; supervise medication administration.
• Maintain high standards of care and participate in performance evaluations.
