Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with 3 years of supervisory experience in ACH, CRCF or Skilled Care.
• Must have experience supervising resident care staff including nurses, med techs, and aides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions process and care planning.
• Supervise resident care staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and coordinate with physicians and treatment staff.
