Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, assessments, and care plans with physicians and staff.
• Train and supervise nurses, medication aides, med techs, and aides in care delivery and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Manage on-call duties and respond to emergencies as needed.
