Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with 3 years’ supervisory experience in ACH, CRCF or Long-Term Care.
• Must be qualified as Supervisor-in-Charge based on state rules.
• Experience with geriatric and dementia residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to supervise nursing staff and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions interviews, assessments, and paperwork.
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Supervise resident care staff and participate in performance evaluations.
• Coordinate medication administration and ensure compliance with policies.
• Train staff and maintain documentation and audits.
