Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Unit Manager - RN to oversee nursing operations on a residential unit. The role requires an active RN license and at least three years of supervisory experience within ACH/CRCF or skilled care, with a focus on geriatric populations.

The candidate will coordinate admissions, develop care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and patient safety standards. A strong leader with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license and have 3 years of supervisory experience in ACH/CRCF or Skilled Care.
• Experience with geriatric and dementia residents and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and train nursing staff and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions interviewing, assessing, and paperwork completion.
• Assess resident needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor ongoing care.
• Supervise Nursing Unit staff, delegate tasks, and address performance issues.
• Coordinate with physicians and treatment staff; ensure medication administration and proper charting.
• Maintain compliance with Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and regulations.
• Train staff on Point Click Care and emergency procedures; participate in annual reviews.
