Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care for a group of residents in a 100-bed facility. You will supervise CNAs and staff, ensuring high-quality care and a safe environment for residents in our skilled nursing and rehab setting.

Must hold an active RN license and current CPR certification, with 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license and CPR certification.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Support and supervise CNAs and other staff in nursing care delivery; ensure residents’ needs are met.
