The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with current licensure and a valid CPR certification, with 1–3 years of related experience. This role emphasizes supervision, patient safety, and teamwork in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Support CNAs and other staff in delivering nursing care.
• Ensure residents' needs are met and care quality is maintained.
