Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to supervise the delivery of nursing care for a group of residents in a dedicated unit. You will oversee CNAs and other staff to ensure high-quality care and responsive support for residents and their families.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One to three years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Unit Managers oversee the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit.
• They supervise and support CNAs and other staff to ensure quality nursing care and meet residents' needs.
