Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to supervise the delivery of care in a nursing unit and lead CNAs and staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN license, 1–3 years of related experience (supervisory preferred), and current CPR certification. The Center offers robust benefits and a supportive work environment to empower caregivers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Unit Managers (RN) supervise the delivery of care to residents on a nursing unit.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other staff in providing nursing care.
