Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center in Tennessee seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee care delivery for a nursing unit.

You will supervise CNAs and licensed staff, ensuring resident needs are met while maintaining compliance and quality care standards across shifts. A current TN RN license and CPR certification are required, with 1–3 years of related supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Support CNAs and other staff in delivering nursing care.
• Ensure resident needs are met while maintaining quality and compliance.
