Qualifications

• Valid, current RN license is required.

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Schedules and assigns nurses and staff to meet resident care requirements.
• Provides support to Residents and families and information to residents and health care team.
• Supervises staff nurses and CNAs to ensure completion and quality of duties.
• Reviews orders and care plans and maintains timely documentation of patients.
