Grays Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a dependable RN to join our team as Unit Manager. This part-time position offers a wage range of $55.00–$60.60 per hour and requires leadership in a long-term care setting.

You will direct daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices and laws and guidelines.
• Previous experience in hospital, long-term care facility, or other health care setting required.

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with applicable standards to ensure quality care.
