Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc.'s Grays Harbor Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN). You will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor health and clinical outcomes.

You will lead and support CNAs and nursing team members while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
