Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead the Subacute Unit. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with daily pay available and a salary range of $79,000 to $100,000 per year.

The Unit Manager will oversee nursing operations, ensure resident-centered care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (unencumbered).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Coordinate resident care to promote optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely incident reporting with follow-up to the administrator and DON.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the DON.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor care plans, regulations, and quality standards.
