Evergreen Senior Care & Rehab in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to coordinate clinical care on a 24-hour unit within a center known for award-winning care. You will lead a nursing team, ensure quality care, and utilize technology to support outcomes.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $90,000 with annual increases and comprehensive benefits, including tuition reimbursement and loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

The Unit Manageris a registered nurse who isresponsible for the coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

• Starting Salary $90,000 per year

• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, as well as rotating on-call schedule.
• Must be a Registered Nurse
