Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. seeks an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital who require therapy or long-term care. The role offers day shift, full benefits, and a negotiable salary based on experience.

Prior long-term care leadership is required as part of a day-to-day management of the unit. Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating admissions and assessments, triaging health changes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing staff

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care setting.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update individual care plans.
• Complete admissions, discharges, and other assessments.
• Triage and respond to acute health changes; coordinate with physicians and families.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Audit care documentation for quality and compliance.
• Communicate resident status changes to families and care teams.
• Provide ongoing staff training, orientation, and performance evaluations; manage staffing schedules.
