Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for the Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation in North Haven, CT. This full-time role on the 8a-4p shift includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care.

You will oversee unit staffing, develop care plans, supervise operations, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents within a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Experience in supervisory role in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
