Qualifications

• Must possess current, active RN (or LVN) license in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with supervisory scope in healthcare (long-term care preferred).
• Minimum 6 months experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices, and relevant laws for nursing facility administration.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted; clear communication to staff, residents, families, and agencies.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care and basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with accurate documentation.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with healthcare teams and families.
