Paradigm at The Prairies in El Campo, TX is seeking an RN to join as Assistant Director of Nursing. You will lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive resident care.

The role requires a current TX RN license, a BSN preferred, and supervisory experience in healthcare, ideally in long-term care. Competitive benefits and a focus on quality care are offered.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a Supervisor role in healthcare; Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Minimum six (6) months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing facility administration laws and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing department and its programs and activities.
• Maintain facility policies and procedures governing day-to-day nursing functions.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a quality assurance program for the nursing department.
• Assist QA/PI committees and action plans to correct deficiencies.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting, forms, reports, and evaluations.
• Monitor QA/QM and survey reports and staffing needs.
• Lead weekly quality of care meetings and coordinate resident care plans.
• Support infection control practices and antibiotic stewardship programs.
• Oversee nursing staff and ensure licensure requirements are met.
