Paradigm Healthcare in El Campo, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team in a full-time role. You will provide direct nursing care, develop and supervise care plans, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting residents’ needs.

The position emphasizes leadership, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff, with opportunities for professional development and patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Texas.
• An Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Six months of rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong utilization knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
• Computer literacy with standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the nurse practice act and facility policies.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the resident's plan of care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of and follow the facility's policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient privacy.
• Provide prompt emergency support measures including CPR.
• Develop daily and unit assignments and assist nursing supervisors as needed.
• Monitor nursing staff performance to ensure standards are met.
• Log off unattended computer workstations and oversee aides and staff communication.
