Newfane Rehabilitation and Health Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned unit in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long-Term Care.
• Must hold valid RN License.
• CPR Certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations of the unit in the skilled nursing facility.
• Communicates with families regarding the plan of care and changes in residents' condition.
• Supervises the RN, LPN, and trainees during orientation and shift coverage.
• Conducts nursing rounds and reviews care quality.
