You will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, provide clinical oversight, and work with the Director of Nursing to meet facility goals. Strong communication with families and physicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NY is required.
• Minimum 2 years of SNF experience.
• Prior leadership or RN management experience preferred.
• Sigma experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily nursing unit operations, ensuring high-quality care.
• Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs; conduct performance assessments.
• Address clinical and administrative challenges for smooth operations.
• Provide clinical oversight in medical, behavioral, and crisis situations.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to achieve resident care goals.
• Partner with Director of Nursing to align unit objectives.
• Communicate with families and physicians about resident progress.
• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Promote a positive environment for staff, residents, and families.
