Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee (or compact license permitting practice in Tennessee).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.
• Review changes in condition and ensure timely clinical follow-up.
• Coach, support, and direct nursing partners on the unit.
• Monitor documentation, medication and treatment practices, and nursing standards compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, interdisciplinary team members, patients, residents, and families.
• Support staffing, workflow, quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness activities.
