NHC HealthCare Somerville in Somerville, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Unit Manager. This role provides clinical leadership for the unit and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents.

Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership, monitoring plans of care, reviewing condition changes, coaching staff, ensuring accurate documentation and safe medication practices, and collaborating with physicians, leadership, and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee (or compact license permitting TN practice).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
