Job summary

NHC HealthCare Pulaski is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager RN. This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit and supports nursing partners to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership, implementation of care plans, monitoring changes in condition, guiding staff, ensuring documentation and treatment quality, collaborating with physicians and families, and contributing to staffing and quality

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a valid multistate/compact license permitting practice in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
