Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license in good standing.
- Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care experience required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Caring, patient leader who is fair and supportive with staff.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a nursing team.
- Commitment to quality outcomes, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate care planning and clinical oversight.
- Promote a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate closely with other Nurse Managers and leadership.
- Serve as a clinical and professional role model.
