You will lead a team, mentor staff, and collaborate with Nurse Managers and leadership to uphold resident-centered care and a positive work culture. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Current Florida RN license in good standing.
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required.
• Previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• A caring, patient leader who is fair and supportive with staff.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a nursing team.
• Commitment to quality outcomes, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
