Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience leading nursing units or related leadership roles preferred.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring and development planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Conduct rounds to ensure compliant nursing care and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care plan development ensuring dignified resident care.
