Job summary

American Senior Communities in Winamac, Indiana is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Unit Manager on our long-term care unit. This full-time Day Shift role provides daily leadership to licensed nurses, oversees nursing operations, and ensures care delivery meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has charge-nurse or supervisory experience and a passion for teaching, leading, and mentoring staff to deliver resident-centered care aligned with our CARE

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for residents on the assigned long-term care unit and lead the nursing staff daily.
• Ensure delivery of care and daily leadership in accordance with professional nursing standards and applicable regulations.
