Qualifications

Active RN license (Virginia).
Experience in supervision or leadership preferred.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of your assigned nursing unit.
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations.
Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation.
Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.
