CareRite Centers, LLC seeks an experienced Unit Manager to supervise nursing staff and ensure continuous, high-quality care around the clock. You will oversee admissions during off-hours, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to maintain patient-centered outcomes.

The role demands strong leadership, clinical excellence, and a commitment to accurate documentation and timely reporting to nursing leadership.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited nursing college or university.
• Valid RN or LPN license for the state of TN.
• Experience with long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient in nursing documentation writing.
• Ability to document patient progress weekly in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and discipline personnel on assigned units.
• Ensure continuity of care 24/7; relay reports to oncoming supervisors.
• Identify and resolve unit-level problems and inform nursing leadership.
• Deliver outcome-focused quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Serve as admissions point during off-hours; conduct tours for families.
• Implement care plans effectively and cost-efficiently focused on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on care plans.
• Provide exceptional patient service and demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Monitor staff activities and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
