Job summary

Milton Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead the clinical team and oversee nursing unit operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, guide LPNs and CNAs, and drive delivery of high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, supervising staff, and coordinating with physicians and families. A PA RN license and leadership experience enhance your candidacy; salary reflects experience and location, with strong benefits

Qualifications

• Current, active PA state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in SNF/LTC.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MDS, state/federal regulations, and care planning.
• Exceptional communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate unit nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to care plans.
• Resident Care: Oversee development and implementation of individualized care plans, conducting regular assessments.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Family Communication: Communicate with physicians, families, and residents regarding care options.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in wound management, infection control, and incident investigations.
