Qualifications

• RN with current Florida license.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a long-term care setting.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on shift.
• Administers direct care as necessary and documents care.
• Gives and receives shift reports and rounds to ensure safe, quality care.
• Keeps physicians and families informed of changes in residents’ condition.
• Develops comprehensive care plans and maintains accurate documentation.
• Responds to resident emergency call system and coordinates with other disciplines.
