Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple nursing units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of professional nurses and caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff, therapy teams, and support services to resolve patient care issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Develop and manage budgets, reporting to management on unit performance and expenses.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
