The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership skills and at least five years of nursing experience. You will promote the highest level of resident care and ensure compliance with care plans and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote optimal functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting with follow-up.
• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards.
