Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents.
Must hold a PA RN license with BLS, and bring at least five years of nursing experience, including two years in supervision. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, policy development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a 90+-bed facility.
