Job summary
Faith Haven Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead the clinical care on an assigned unit within our 24-hour operation. You will coordinate care, supervise the nursing team, and ensure consistent, high-quality resident care using the latest technology in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
The role requires a Michigan RN license, CPR-BLS, and at least two years of related experience.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Michigan RN license and CPR-BLS certification.
- Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solve problems.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing team, assign tasks, train staff, and evaluate performance.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care.
- Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
- Ensure completion of reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management.
- Promote hospitality and outstanding service to residents and families.
