Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating daily clinical operations.
• Proven ability to manage patient care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered and verify patient identities.
