Ohio Living seeks a Unit Manager - RN to supervise the day-to-day activities of a Nursing Department unit at a life plan community in Ohio. You will ensure care plans are followed, supervise staff, monitor medications, and manage budgets for the unit.

The role emphasizes quality, compliance, and collaboration with other departments to sustain high standards of resident care and safety. Ohio RN licensure is required, with an emphasis on leadership and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university or vocational school.
• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an RN.
• One year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Three years experience working as a nurse in a hospital, long term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
