Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivery of high-quality care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead, guide and direct nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and rehab professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources within the unit, control overtime, recruit and orient staff, and address performance issues.
