Job summary

Southern Healthcare Management seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations with a focus on growth and teamwork. You will oversee resident care and act as the primary liaison between residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
