Responsibilities include assessment of residents, development and implementation of comprehensive care plans, and maintaining the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed by the State of Alabama.
• One to three years of supervisory experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; long-term care facility or nursing home preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and manages clinical services along with the Director of Nursing.
• Responsible for assessment of Residents' needs and development of comprehensive care plans; ensure high quality care.
