Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) for the Crawfordsville facility. The role leads the nursing team on the long-term care unit and oversees daily clinical operations on a Full-Time Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM).

Ideal candidates are RNs with charge nurse or supervisory experience, committed to compassionate, guideline-based resident care and regulatory compliance in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for nursing care on the assigned long-term care unit.
• Provide daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and staff.
• Oversee care delivery in accordance with policy, standards and regulations.
• Foster communication and interdisciplinary collaboration in resident care.
