American Senior Communities is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Unit Manager on our Hickory Creek at Winamac long-term care unit. This full-time day shift leadership role focuses on directing nursing care, nurse supervision, and fostering a compassionate, compliant culture.

You will lead the care team, mentor staff, uphold quality standards, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while maintaining a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing care for residents on the assigned long-term care unit.
• Provides daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing staff.
• Ensures care delivery aligns with company philosophy and state/federal laws.
