American Senior Communities LLC seeks an experienced RN to serve as Unit Manager on the Crawfordsville long-term care unit. This full-time day shift leader will guide clinical operations, mentor nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for all residents on the long-term care unit.
• Provide daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel.
• Ensure care delivery complies with professional standards and state/federal regulations.
• Support team development and relationship-based resident care.
