Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Experience in unit management or nursing leadership in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations for the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management.
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.
