The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead daily nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations for the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Address concerns from residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
