Job summary

The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center invites a dedicated RN to join our care team on site. You will perform patient assessments, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting across shifts.

Qualified candidates hold Florida RN licensure, have a nursing degree, and bring leadership experience with a focus on geriatric care. Full- and part-time positions available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
• Nursing experience with clinical competence and leadership skills.
• Understanding and appreciation of the aging process.
• Ability to be self-directed in delegated areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of nursing practice and quality of care.
• Perform assessments and interventions per guidelines.
• Coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary committees.
• Manage medication administration and documentation.
• Prepare and review MDS schedules and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and regulations.
